The Introduction to Legal Translation Diploma (ILTD) is a Diploma / CPD course which has been specifically created as an introductory course for multilingual individuals who are considering moving into or specialising in Legal Translation.
The ILTD represents Level 1 professional level skills in the legal sector and translation for legal requirements.
You will learn what to expect on a day-to-day basis - the legal system, legal subject matters and the role and responsibility of a Legal Translator.
12 CPD HOURS (All CPD hours are calculated assuming that all exercises and further reading is completed).
The outcome is that you will be able to decide if you wish to continue on the official Legal Translator study route (before you spend thousands of pounds on training) and / or go on to take the CIOLQ DPSI Law, CertTrans or DipTrans qualification.

There are no set sessions, meaning that you can study whenever suits you - you simply log in and go! Mentoring Sessions are the only Modules which need to be scheduled.
